Important Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Entrance To Unit For all service calls someone over 18 must be there.  Normal repairs are made with a 24 hr notice.  Emergency repairs if no one is available the serviceman will be let in by a staff member.
