Any dog known to have vicious tendencies or know to have previously bitten someone or another animal is not permitted.

Any dog or cat under the age of one year is not allowed.

Ferrets are not allowed. All reptiles, rodents, amphibians, and birds must be caged.

Dog breeds not listed above, and cats are considered on a case-by case basis. Management will make the final determination as to the breed or classification of any animal.

*We do full background checks & are seeking qualified, long-term residents.

*Application Fee which is good for life: $35.00 each. A completed application required for all adults (18+).

*The security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due at lease signing. A higher deposit may be required
(increase by 50%) depending on the scoring outcome.

*Once approved, a non-refundable Lease Admin /Tech Fee of $500 due by lease start date and a monthly Lease Admin/Tech Fee of $25.00 will apply.
